Being in my 40′s I think its the best years of my life. All I thought I was happy about I really wasn’t. I was living in a phony life. I was being a phony only because I was masking the dissatisfaction of my life. I have a great career, great friends and an awesome family. I thought that was all I needed in life. I got houses, cars , I traveled whenever I wanted and when but was still empty. I bought whatever I wanted and lived a life that most would have been appreciative but not me. I had everything and was so lonely and I kept buying things and going places to fill that hole thats missing in my life. What am I missing? I got everything I ever wanted and I never got what I didnt want.. so what is it? What am I missing? I guess GOD is not ready to release that information to me.

BODYBUILDER SHAWN BIGGS IS COMING STRONG IN 2012
It’s cold in New York City but It will get hotter March 31, 2012 for most Bodybuilders. March 31st is the spring opening for the Bev Francis shows in Tribecca, New York. Shawn Robinson aka Shawn Biggs is going to compete at the Mets( Not the baseball game) Bodybuilding Mets. Shawn Robinson also known as Shawn Biggs has shown hard work and dedication over the years. Bodybuilding means everything to him and he refuses to back down from a challenge of being a winner.
This challenge goes way back to childhood when he was told that he was too small to play football and later in life not enough to be a bodybuilder. His family is the driving force behind him and refuse to allow him to give up for any reason. I bet that coach who said “Shawn was too little to play football.” regrets what he said to Shawn’s mother. Shawn reports to his fans on Facebook and Twitter about his progress and the weeks leading to March 31st. Bodybuilder Christopher Mahon- Master of Posing Seminar “The Art of Posing Show”
2012 is a New Year for hopes and dreams for most. My dream is make bodybuilding more fun than it already is. Bodybuilding is an artistic beautiful range of motion of the body. Watching a bodybuilding show is like watching a beautiful Venus De Milo or a Michael Angelo move with such grace and emotion. IFBB pro Hidetada Yamagishi is the perfect example of graceful motion. Hidetada posing routine is made to show royalty and his movements with the perfect music makes the routine A+. My inspiration to create something different is watching Hidetada.
I am creating a show based off of his routine of self- expression which made me call top bodybuilders in the business to create a routine and show us how it’s done. I am trying to gather supporters to finance this show for June 9th 2012. I contacted vendors such as East Coast Strong Clothing from Pennsylvania, Max Savin www.savinnutrtion.com , Big Rig Supplements Michaels Marciano and etc to join me in making this show happen. Sponsored Athlete Bodybuilder Model and actor Christopher Mahon will be the Masters of Seminar, He will be teaching up and coming bodybuilders how to pose for future contest. We have the CEO of the Iron Coalition Manny Kirby who has a show coming up Iron Coalition 2 with Bob Bonham . Manzo Powerlifting will do there powerlifting contest with Supplement companies present handing out samples and etc at Bob Bonham’s gym in March 10th, 2012.) Manny will be Master of ceremonies at my show New York’s Art of Posing. I am the first person to create an idea of just doing a show of posing routines and I hope that I will go down in history for the best show ever and the best idea.
The best posers get top prizes of cash and gifts, but there can only be one Top poser in New York. I am hoping to expand this show to television one day which will probably be called TOP POSER. We are going to have men and women doing routines and we will have Jackie Rose Massage and OM with her team of Tai Chi experts doing their performance on stage. Dear Bodybuilders, Figure, Physique and Bikini, 2012 is our time to shine and show our talents to the world. On June 10th, 2012 I am creating a show of artistic expression. What this means, I want to do an artistic showcase of posing routines by the athletes. Just to be …clear, This is not a bodybuilding contest where you would compete for a pro card nor will it count as a qualification for a championship. The IFBB, WBFF and other Leagues ARE no way near involved with this show financially in any form ( which includes gifts or help) In turn they will not receive monies from this show at all. This show is about artistic movement of the body with meaning and expression. The athlete has complete control over music and expression. There are a few rules of the show: You can use any music, any routines, You won’t be judged on your body, just the artistic movement of your routine . The only restrictions is: * No stripping of the trunks or any clothing which leads to nudity ( MEN AND WOMEN) A) music with racist slurs is absolutely not permitted B) No racist flags if you use flags in your routine. ( You can use flags, but not flags that would offend anyone) C) If props are used: no weapons that promote violence. Other than that it is all you. I have a film director coming to film the event and this show will be seen on Internet TV.

1) Where did you compete on your last show?
I competed at the royal college of music theatre manchester,england.
2) What was the result of your last show?
I placed 2nd in the novice category of musclemania England.
3) Are things different for you after the result of your
show?
Not as such the plan remains the same add some more muscle before the next
show and aim to be in top condition!!!
4) ) How many more years do have to get your pro card?
there isnt a set time scale on the pro card , a lot of top naturals reach
their peak mid 30s
5)What supplement company do you stand by and why?
..I use mainly nrg fuel products as they are great value for money and are
very good quality also!i use their pre workout drink,whey protein and
glutamine,also hmb and creatine
6) Do you find yourself more motivated and focused than last year
when we spoke?
This year has been an awkward one for personal reasons but i have managed to
train consistently and im motivated to come in a lot better than before to turn
2nd into 1st!!
7)What do you hope to achieve in 5 years?
I Want to be a well known fitness athlete who can be seen to be a good role
model for people taking up the sport,also like a few more trophys in the
cabinet!
8) How would you generate revenue for a sponsor?
i would generate revenue for a sponsor anyway possible from plugging them on
training wear,facebook site,anyway the sponsor saw fit for me to do
so.
Have you gained more muscle since the last time we
spoke?
.i believe i have gained muscle since last
time,time will tell with the finished article come showtime!

I feel that
Bodybuilders need someone who has the time and the passion to promote them. It
is hard for them to concentrate on rent, training, bills, 9-5 job and etc.
Bodybuilders that work a full time job or two may not have the
privilege to answer there phone to accept a gig because jobs these days will not
allow it. Sometimes they may not have the time to mail there pictures or call
these companies for sponsorship, guest posing, photo shoot opportunities because
there busy lives does not allow them too. I feel that they need a strong voice
to negotiate payment or other deals which involves a solid contract whether its
long term or short term when they are offered an opportunity to represent a
product, doing shows or exposure for companies. I believe that I
am valuable on that level to promote the bodybuilder and put them out there to
show promoters and companies to see what a value they are to their business to
generate more revenue for their company. I wouldn’t bother myself
unless I thought this was worth it. There is a lot of undiscovered talent out
there that needs exposure 100% and deserves a chance to be seen. I believe with
time I can give them that.
