CEO OF EST NUTRITION KEITH THOMAS

Muscle talk 101 interviewed Keith Thomas CEO of EST NUTRITION about his love of the sport of bodybuilding and how it led him to be the biggest and the most popular CEO in the Industry. Keith mentions to Muscle talk 101 about how he caught the bodybuilding bug at the age of 17 years old and he realized later on that it didnt make sense to him because of his height of 6’3 and he decided to take a step back and do something else.  Keith decided to get into the nutrition and build his business from the bottom with nothing to start with and made it what it is today with hard work and perseverance.

Keith Thomas told the audience that he did not have the money or the experience of the owning the business of a nutrition company and he credits the team that he has now for his success.  He said the first couple of years that there were times that he wanterd to give up and he told himself that he couldnt do this. He remembers his grandfather told him that ” When you retire, you die” That meant for him to keep going and dont stop ( or you die). Thats an awesome look at life for a lot of people and obviously it means alot to Keith Thomas.

He doesnt view himself as a boss, he views himself as a coach for his team. He feels that if you have people viewing you as a boss and business, they will lose passion and thats where it ends.

Keith Thomas vows to live a positive life and will be in this industry for a long time.
